We ship Worldwide! We use express shipping only with trusted couriers like FedEx to ensure fast and safe delivery to our valued customers. 

How long does shipping take? 
 
Orders average 5-15 business days from the time we send your tracking number. 

Do we really get a free canvas with each order?

Yes indeed! All purchases, no matter how big or small, receive a free "mystery" canvas on us. It's another way of us saying thank you for being a valued customer.

How are your prices so cheap?

At Canvas Caramel we pride ourselves not only on exceptional product quality, but having the cheapest prices of any canvas store out there. We believe making your home beautiful shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. 

Do I need a Promo Code to get a discount?

No. Even during sales, a promo code is not required in order to get the discount offered. 

What is the quality of canvas like?

All canvases are of the very highest quality, as seen in art galleries around the world. They are made of cotton/polyester and are extremely durable, while our waterproof ink guarantees longevity and resilience. What you see in the pictures is what you get.
 
Why do the huge canvases not have a frame option?
 
It is not financially realistic from a customer point of view to have huge frames delivered because it increases the cost of shipping drastically. Frames are used primarily to add the illusion of depth and dimension to canvases, and a frame is simply not required for huge canvases like the ones we offer. We recommend hanging these as-is, though any frame shop or even Walmart can assist. All canvases with a frame option have "with frame" when selecting your size. 
 
How should I hang my canvases up?
 
Simple! If you purchased a frame we would recommend getting a Canvas Hanger from Walmart for $7 and simply hanging your canvas up that way. If you are hanging the canvas as-is - without a frame - we recommend Command Strips - also from Walmart - because they leave no residue on the walls and are built to last. 
 
Do canvases come with frames? 

Yes, customers have the option to purchase an inner frame with their canvas (except for the huge size canvases). Our frame team cut and customize each frame to fit each canvas ensuring accuracy - and saving you huge money on purchasing frames yourself! This type of framing is known as canvas-stretching and is used in art galleries around the world. Our frames are very simple to assemble, but we provide instructions and you can also check out our assembly video on the frame page if you need help. Simply fit the frame, pull the canvas over, and glue down with the adhesive provided! 

Why does my tracking number say "label not created?"
 
This is because we have sent your package to the courier but they haven't sorted it yet for delivery. When they have, it will be scanned in. This can take several days. For more information simply head over to the shipping page. 

What if I want to frame the canvas myself with a different frame?
 
We leave a bonus white border around each canvas so customers don't lose any of the picture if they choose to frame.
